Yes. 1 doctor, unlimited appointments, forever. No trial, no credit card. You get 100 email reminders per month on the Free plan. Solo (€19/month per doctor) adds unlimited email reminders, WhatsApp + SMS reminders, and custom branding. Dentare does not charge for WhatsApp or SMS - you connect your own providers and pay them directly.
Your calendar keeps working normally. Booking confirmations and cancellation emails keep sending - those are always unlimited. Only proactive reminders (24h before, 2h before) pause until the 1st of next month. Or upgrade to a paid plan for unlimited.
Available on every paid plan. Connect your WhatsApp Business number in settings - takes about 10 minutes. After that, every patient gets an automatic WhatsApp reminder before their appointment. They see it in WhatsApp, which they check 50 times a day.
