WhatsApp and SMS integrations are included with Pro. Connect your own Meta Business and CommPeak accounts and pay usage fees directly to those providers. Free includes up to 100 email reminders per month. Prices are billed in EUR and exclude VAT and third-party payment usage fees. Clinics in North Macedonia are invoiced directly by Fetosoft DOOEL with a Macedonian fiscal invoice, and 18% VAT (DDV) is added. Everywhere else, Lemon Squeezy is our merchant of record and adds your country's VAT at checkout. Fair-use lab-order and imaging-study allowances are soft, with no automatic overage charges.

We do not store any credit card information on our servers. Card payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, which also adds your country's VAT at checkout. Clinics in North Macedonia do not pay by card. They are invoiced directly by Fetosoft DOOEL with a Macedonian fiscal invoice, plus 18% VAT (DDV). Your connection is protected by 256-bit SSL encryption.

Is VAT included in the price?
No. Every price we show excludes VAT, and VAT is added on top when we bill you. If your clinic is in North Macedonia, we invoice you directly from Fetosoft DOOEL with a Macedonian fiscal invoice and add 18% VAT (DDV) - we send a proforma invoice first, then the fiscal invoice once you pay by bank transfer. Everywhere else, Lemon Squeezy is our merchant of record and adds your country's VAT at checkout.
How do I actually pay - card or invoice?
Clinics in North Macedonia pay by bank transfer against a Macedonian fiscal invoice from Fetosoft DOOEL - there is no card checkout. We send a proforma invoice, you transfer the amount, and we activate your plan, usually within one business day. Every other country pays by card through Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record.
Can I switch plans anytime?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade whenever you want - changes take effect on your next billing cycle.
Can I pay yearly?
Yes - annual billing saves 15%. Annual plans are paid in advance; monthly plans can be cancelled at the end of any billing period.
What does 'fair use' mean on Lab and Imaging plans?
Your plan includes generous monthly allowances designed for normal business operation (for example 300 completed lab orders on Lab Pro). Occasional busy months are fine - nothing switches off. If you are consistently above the allowance, we contact you first to find the right plan together. No surprise charges.
Does my lab or imaging center have to pay to work with me?
No. Your partners join Dentare for free. A free Connect account lets them receive your orders, share files, and update statuses at no cost. They only pay if they choose Dentare to run their whole business.
Do you charge a fee per order or per referral?
No. Sending work to your lab or imaging partner costs nothing per order, and we never take a commission on your existing relationships. You pay for your plan, plus VAT - that's it.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data stays safe. You keep read-only access for 30 days and can export anytime. We handle patient data with the care it deserves.
Is my patient data secure?
All data is encrypted and stored on European servers. We never share patient information with third parties.
Do I need to install anything?
No. Dentare runs entirely in your browser - computer, tablet, or phone.
What about SMS and WhatsApp costs?
The integration is included in every plan. You connect your own CommPeak (SMS) and Meta Business (WhatsApp) accounts and pay those providers directly - we charge nothing extra for the integration.
