Do I need a separate phone number?
You need a WhatsApp Business phone number. This can be your clinic's existing number or a new one.
Can patients reply to the reminder?
Patients can reply in WhatsApp, but Dentare doesn't manage two-way chat currently. Replies go to your WhatsApp Business inbox.
What if a patient doesn't have WhatsApp?
Set their preference to SMS or email. Dentare checks each patient's preferred channel before sending.
Is this available on the free plan?
WhatsApp reminders are a Pro feature (€19/month). The free plan includes 100 email reminders per month.
